The Role
We are seeking reliable and motivated Newbridge Moped Riders to join our team on a part-time, permanent basis. This role is vital to our operations, requiring excellent time management, a keen attention to safety, and a friendly approach when interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a moped to deliver retail goods promptly within Newbridge and surrounding areas.
- Ensure all deliveries are made accurately, maintaining the quality and integrity of the products.
- Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently to maximise productivity.
- Maintain clear communication with dispatch and customer service teams.
- Adhere strictly to all road safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct routine checks on the moped to ensure it is in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous and professional during all interactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid moped licence appropriate for Ireland, with a clean driving record.
- Experience in delivery or courier roles is advantageous but not essential.
- Good knowledge of Newbridge and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently and reliably during assigned shifts.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure where necessary.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
